The place was beautifully designed and fairly clean. the personnel and the owner were nice and flexible. the rooms were reasonably spacious, and the location was magnificent, being close to the center, the old town, the bus station.

The double room was practical, included an electronic key card, a multi-channel TV, and a writing desk. We really enjoyed the view on inner courtyard. The location was marvellous and excellent, not very far from Sculpture Easter Egg. The restaurant was located within 200 metres.

Location: the hotel was short walk to both the old town and train station and International Airport. We went to Ararat, located close to the property, to have some dinner...

i find the hotel nicely designed, fairly clean and the staff is nice. the rooms are spacious with wonderful bathrooms. i would love to come back here some time, nothing too much trouble.

The location near a bus station was fantastic, the setting in a quiet area was great, and I had a really enjoyable stay.

I got great value for my money with a comfortable room and a spacious bathroom. The hotel's location was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful. They even allowed me to store my bags before my evening flight.

More breakfast choices would have been a nice addition to my stay.

Loved the continental breakfast and convenient amenities, especially the free Wi-Fi and TV in the common area. The hotel is centrally located near Gates of Dawn and Church of the Holy Spirit.

The hotel features brand-new rooms. the staff is very friendly and welcoming. - It is situated in a peaceful area close to the city center. - the location is favorable and magnificent, especially for visiting a nearby museum. - Overall, it was a fairly nice experience staying there.
